1. Introduction

HTPB is a liquid telechelic polymer and a type of rubbers. It reacts with chain extender, cross-linking agent or curative at room temperature or high temperature to form the three-dimensional network structure of thermosetting polymer. It has excellent characteristics, such as, good mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, cold temperature tolerance, electrical insulating propertyprecise chemical modifications.

2. Application

HTPB has super features with liquid good transparence, low viscosity, low temperature performance and good process capability. 

HTPB can be used in many civil industries, such as used for polyurethane resin elastomer, tyres of cars and planes, paint coating of building’s floor, in and outside of wall’s surface, waterproof, anti-Acid, anti-alkaline, anti-corrosion, electric insulate, abrasion resistant for transfer belt, other rubber product and epoxy resion.  

HTPB is also mainly used in solid rocket motors as raw materials.

   Package is to use plastic barrels of 180kg, 50kg plastic barrels, and normal chemical product transportation. The product should be kept in ventilative and dry storehous.
